Hi, I am Cindy Perez. I am a calm presence with a gentle nudge. I guide women in transition to stop overthinking and start moving with clarity, purpose, and intention.
The women I work with are the catalysts of their own change. My role is to offer the presence, questions, and steadiness that help them move toward what is already calling them.

For more than four decades, I walked with people through pivotal seasons of change in higher education. I accompanied them through identity shifts, confidence dips, burnout, reinvention, and the major decisions that shape a life.

How I Came to Coaching
My work started long before I called it coaching. People sought me out when they needed someone to truly listen and understand without judgment and help them sort through what they were carrying, name what mattered most, and choose a next step. Many of those people say I stay calm and grounded without leaning into the emotional wave, and I ask questions that bring insight and clarity to what’s really going on. I tell the truth with care, and I support them as they move forward with steadiness and intention.
When I finally stepped back and traced the quiet thread running through those moments, I began to see what had been unfolding all along: what felt so natural to me had been growing into something larger.
The theme became impossible to miss when I decided to enter coach training during a transition of my own. Friends and colleagues didn’t just support the idea—they said it was the perfect fit. That’s when I knew: this isn’t accidental. It’s my calling—and my craft.
